Paper Format Requirements

  • Submissions must be original and not published or under review elsewhere.
  • Abstract: 300–500 words in English, clearly describing background, methodology, and expected contributions.
  • Full paper: 4–8 pages following the prescribed conference template (to be shared upon acceptance).
  • File format: PDF only. Ensure all fonts are embedded.
  • Authors must remove all identifying information before uploading for double-blind review.
  • All submissions will undergo a plagiarism check prior to review.

Review Process

ICAIMIS 2026 follows a rigorous, transparent, and fair review pipeline powered by Microsoft CMT.

Step 1 — Submission via CMT

Authors submit their abstract or full paper through the Microsoft CMT portal. An automated confirmation email is sent upon successful submission.

Deadline: 22nd April 2026

Step 2 — Initial Desk Review

Program chairs perform an initial check for scope relevance, formatting compliance, and plagiarism screening before assigning to reviewers.

Within 24–48 Hours

Step 3 — Double-Blind Peer Review

Each submission is assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers through CMT. The identity of authors and reviewers remain mutually anonymous throughout.

Double-Blind Process

Step 4 — Decision by Program Committee

Based on reviewer feedback and scores, the program committee makes final decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, or Reject — communicated via CMT.

Notification: 25th April 2026

Step 5 — Camera-Ready Submission

Accepted authors upload the camera-ready final version and complete registration. Only registered and accepted papers appear in the conference program.

Post-Acceptance

Step 6 — Publication with Bentham Science

Selected papers are published in the conference proceedings with Bentham Science Publishers (Singapore) and submitted for Scopus Indexing for global visibility.
